After July 31, 2008, add $50 to registration fees.
Policy: Dues are individual, nontransferable, and nonrefundable. The advance registration must be received no later than July 31, 2008. Onsite registration fees will apply for all registrations processed after July 31, 2008. Refunds for cancellations will be issued only with written notice received by July 31, 2008. A $60 fee (per person) will be charged for cancellation (including purchase orders). Sorry, no exceptions. To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be received by July 31, 2008. Refunds, minus a $60 fee (per person), will be mailed by October 31, 2008. No refunds for requests received after July 31, 2008. No telephone cancellations. Substitutions will be accepted with written confirmation only. No telephone substitutions. Tickets are nonrefundable. A $50 handling fee will be charged for credit card declines or checks returned for insufficient funds. Note: Complimentary WA-ACTE membership dues included in conference registration.
